Yep, but we like to call them quarters (since the summer is technically a quarter, but most don't take classes then).

5 courses - 2 are 400 level, and 4 have labs. One is a management course. *shudder* I must not bring a razor blade to class, or I will wind up cutting my hands off entirely due to excessive wrist-slashing.

Yeah, semester started for me on Monday. Last day (for me was 12-13...semester officially ended on 12-15) so about 3 weeks off.

HELL YES.... I went from Dec. 19th and won't start till the 22nd as well.

I dread the coming semester because it's my last. I just want to rewind 3.5 years now.

I just started my semester today, and I already skipped my first class. Its one of those lecture + small study group class, so I skip the lecture, then go straight for the study group.

I really can't do college anymore. It is my second semester of my freshman year, and I hate it with the biggest passion of all. It isn't for me.

when i was in college we were off depending on finals from Dec 15th to jan 22nd ish each year

Same here. Although most of my friends from home go back to their schools earlier, so it gets a little dull for the last week or so.

My classes started on 7th.. Sucks that I've been sick this whole week so havent been getting more than 3-4 hours of sleep every night couped with a relatively packed schedule. Cant wait to drive back home this weekend and rest.. Thank god for Friday's off every week!
