Anyone own one of these? I already have an XM subscription for my car so it wouldn?t be a stretch to add another unit. I really like the specs of the Pioneer Inno but I can?t find any reviews on it. What about the Delphi units?

As far as I can tell they are all identical except for the case, button size, etc. Supposedly a more tivo-like one was coming out, but I am not sure what happened to it.

I own the original, delphi or whatever the brand is. It was the best option for me because I didn't want to have to mount a car deck of some kind. I have never really made an effort to use it as a pedestrian.

The recording function on mine is nearly worthless, but the memory button when you hear a song you like is pretty cool.

Darn company servers. Ill check the link when I get home. Thanks

Isn't the Inno much like a TIVO wannabe?

OOh... I didn't realize the inno was one of the tivo ones. Definitely wait. I might buy one myself, although I'm not sure what happens with my subscription if I do.

I think you can transfer the service or add a third unit on a family plan. I can't confirm this from work.

I know Samsung has a 1GB unit that has a 16 hour batter life. It?s also $130 cheaper. But it doesn?t have a color display or wireless FM transmitter which is cool for home and car use.

The Inno is out and is supposed to be pretty great.

I have a Delphi MyFi (1st Gen) and I love it, but the 2nd Gen models are far better.

Sirius doesn't even have a true portable yet and XM is on their 2nd generation.

I want one because I became sonically addicted a couple of weeks ago and I?m tired of missing the chapters on 163 & 164. Damn Random House Books anyway.

XM site still says it's a preorder.

How much storage space do these 2nd gen units have? It says 40 hours, but I don't remember what the bitrate is of XM.

IIRC, it varies from 4kbps (traffic) to 64kbps (HD stations).
