Xivd problem....

I have d/led an individual xvid codec and the nimo codec that is suppose to play xvid in it but for some reason if i try and play any xvid movies the screen starts out green and scenes/movement kind-of mush together and colors run from one part to the next after the green has gone away.....

anyone have any ideas what might be causing this or just a suggestion on what i could d/l to fix it?

uninstall the nimo codec package......i was having the same problems when i had nimo

just install the xvid codec

where specifically did you get your xvid codec?
cuz the single xvid codec i have installs directly to the nimo directory.....so uh don't think its to much different than having nimo installing it
