Xircom XE2000 PCMCIA Carbus Ethernet Adapter

I just installed one of these into my girlfriend's computer but I had to use the Windows2000 drivers provided on the CD which were also on Intel's website (they acquired Xircom) version 2.06, but can't seem to find a WindowsXP driver anywhere, this driver CANNOT do 100mbit @ FULL DUPLEX and it's a known issue, a new driver probably would, any ideas?
