Xircom REX 5001 now 38.33 w shipping inlucded

I am starting a new thread for the better price. 'Randomize Timer' pointed out that the Rex 5001 was on sale at ecost and pcmall for 56.50. Pricematch at staples, use 20 off 50 coupon, it has free shipping but I paid tax. I have been wanting to get another one of these for a while, but the price was too high. I carried my old one around in my pocket till the screen got cracked. I am not sure how I will avoid that problem again, but the thing sure is convenient. Its something I carried all the time, unlike a Palm which I never seemed to keep in my pocket.

How does this compare to the Palms and Visors out there? Worth buying?

Ok, if you don't know what it is then it does not compare with a true PDA like a Palm Pilot. It is a credit card sized pda. It has some very primitive input buttons, and it takes forever to enter any data on the device. But you can get a docking (not included) to sync with your desktop, and it also will use a pc card slot. I enter phone numbers, address, and directions on my desktop and carry it around with me all the time. I keep credit card and password info on it also (password protected of course). It has 512k of memory. It has an lcd screen that is breakable. My last one got broken in my pocket, but I liked it so much I am going to try it again, but with more protection. Its' inluded case holds credit cards also.

I forgot to mention, people are selling the docking stations on fleabay cheaply, probably because their Rex got broken.
