Around a week ago, I started developing a little epigastric pain around the lower part of my sternum, upon movement, bending, or pressure that I could not attribute to an injury or strain. The pain wasn't present unrelated to movement. I palpated the area, and right over the xiphoid process, it was super tender. Felt the same as a nice contusion feels on the second or third day, super tender when pressed lightly. It actually made me a little nauseous and radiated a few inches along my chest wall or rib cage when I pressed it. But was pretty much only when something pressed on it, or movements such as turning of the torso, bending over in a way that resulted in abdominal compression.

On or about the third day, it's a little worse and there is a bit of swelling or lump right over the xiphoid process (but not extending beyond the boundaries of it). And now a little more sensitive to movement, bending, inhaling deeply or quickly, coughing, or anything that causes abdominal muscles, rib cage to move, or pectorals contraction.

Actually considered going to the doctor yesterday because I was getting little spasmodic radiating pains along the rib cage or chest wall even without movement. Not bad, just enough to go "WTF?" and put it into my mind it could be potentially serious.

I wake-up today.....ANNNNNDDDD it's gone. Just like that. Lump gone, pain upon palpation gone, like it was never there. Only thing I did for it was take Ibuprofen for the last three or four days and try to minimize movements that produced the most pain. WEIRD!

Huh, I was fully expecting someone to say you had bugs inside you, but, since they are slacking off...

You sure it wasn't a egg sac of brown widow spiders?
While you were sleeping, they hatched, and crawled out your nostril...

Could that be what is the stringy looking tissue-like material that is in my poop; the deflated and crumpled egg sacks coming out?
