I am in the process of building a new rig and was planning on grabbing the Corsair Graphite Series 230T as it's gotten a ton of great reviews for it's normal cost plus with newegg it's only $40 after rebate so even cheaper.
However I found another hot deal just recently on this one though:

As it's the same price and larger, 4.5 inches taller / .1 wider / 1.1 inches shorter length, plus with some extra usb ports in the front and a few other bonuses I don't care about really such as fan control knobs and a top mounted loading dock for sata HDD.
I will by just using fans to cool the case so water cooling issues is not a concern and both cases are big enough for what I will be building.
However I noticed the area where you would install the top 2 fans to be what appears as wide open to the inside of your case other then the plastic grill it looks like and if so I plan on not getting it but instead of grabbing the corsair as it would be far to easy to drop something in it and damage your parts.
If anyone can tell me otherwise as it's hard to determine if it is indeed like that from the pictures in newegg or even on xions website here:

The best picture that shows the view but I am not sure if the mesh screen you are seeing is the top or you are seeing the bottom psu / fan mesh:
