It probably will fit but why would you buy a heatsink that cost as much as your ECS board? You probably wont be doing any overclocking with the ECS board so a stock, or a cheap $15 heatsink should be fine.

Thanks again, Andrew1990, for the post. Well since this is an OEM CPU/MB combo, it doesn't come with any HSF. As I plan on buying a better MB, probably a cheapo P35 [based abit IP35 PRO, if I can get my hands on 1] or a P45 based [or one of its variants], I'll need a good HSF down the road. So, if I put 15-20 bucks into a base HSF now, it will be wasted later on when I get a better MB & have to buy a better HSF for OC'ing, might as well dish out the money now & get it.
