My router have usb port. Can i put usb and activate Samba Server Plugin?
And do my pc also must be open if i put usb to router?
 
Maybe. It depends on what the device uses the port for.

No, you don't have to open your pc to connect the usb.
 
For it to work with your PC, yes your PC would have to be on. As far as if it needs to be on when you plug it in, it depends on how the driver installs.
