Question Xiaomi Mi AIoT Router AX3600. Would you recommend this for home use?

Hardware wise it looks almost perfect. Software is based on OpenWRT . I'll use it at home where like 10-15 devices can connect at the same time. Wireless performance and QoS capability is important.
I don't know how often it gets firmware updates and the stability of the software.

This device seems to check all the boxes, except USB port. Does any use it? Would you recommend it?

Looks good to me to bad I don't need wifi 6 already have e genious wifi6 ap but I wonder what the price on this router is and how to buy it. I guess the only issue is firmware support

Global Version can be found around 90USD at sites like Aliexpress.
firmware support is the part I don't know, if security firmware releases are quick and regular, then this price is maybe less than half of other brands.

Some just flash it with OpenWRT and use it that way.

I do like them a lot as they do have quality, but i would not be suprised if it contacted china and reported all your porn browsing history to them somehow hidden in there software.

So unless you can completely reset the router and do a fresh install of OpenWRT, i would not recommend it.
