XFX support question..

From reading some stories off newegg.... doesnt sound good

my 5900xt just went TOAST... kinda sad .

I RMA'd a 5900nu and got it back quick enough, I think their only point of contact is the online RMA form, I filled out the model# field wrong and they emailed me but I hadnt checked my email for a couple of days so they called me to get the correct info.

overall I give them 8/10 with points off only because at that time it was very difficult to find the RMA form on their web page.

Never dealt with XFX, so I dunno. My bro has an XFX FX5200 though. Damn, that's a lot of X's 😛
