Hello everybody,

I'm not a gamer/overclocker but I do play games and I have an acoustic issue with the graphics card in the headline. It's too loud. To address this I looked for water cooling solutions, however, it seems this design is not a reference one and couldn't find any kits out there that would list it as supported.

I tried to ask XFX for advice or if fitting a water cooler voids the warranty but couldn't get a reply.

I was looking at this water cooling kit to fit on my card:

https://www.arctic.ac/uk_en/accelero-hybrid-iii-120.html

The card is the one pictured in this review:

My concern is that the stock VRM radiator is too small to work in a passive cooling way and the Arctic kit might have a problem fitting in this design since the VRM is not located near the power sockets, as you would usually expect to find it.

Has anyone fitted this water cooler or a different one on this card?

Looking forward to your comments.

Try afterburner and set a custom fan profile first. Also, remove the shroud if possible, it should let the fans work with a noise profile that's less irritating.

Do these before spending 1/2 the price of your card on a cooling solution that won't be reused with your next one.
