Is this just a rebadged 5450 or 6450, or, given the R5 nomenclature, is this some new ultra-low-end GCN-based card?

The bestbuy page didn't give specs on chipset or SPs.

80 SPs... going to go out on a limb and say that they are 5450 rebadges, again.

Edit: Nope, I'm wrong, they are GCN.

only the 5450 and 6450 I think, but yes...

Nvidia also renamed some small Fermi GPUs, but Nvidia even released some 28nm versions of the low end Fermi GPUs, while the 6450/5450 were kept unchanged and still 40nm

like the 820M was released in 2014 but it's based on Fermi architecture (2010), specs are kind of like the old GT 430, but it's a newer 28nm GPU.
