Nevermind, this is not a hot deal. I could've sworn that when I ordered this morning it still had the bundle. But I called in and they confirmed it did not.

They've had occasional good deals, like the Powercolor 7950 that does come with the bundle right now, in Russian's thread. However, I'm looking to find either a Gigabyte, Asus or MSI on sale.
