xfx 88gt video card pci 2.0

my mobo is ABIT IP35 Pro LGA 775 , and video card is xfx 8800gt PCI 2.0. I already read about compability, just want to make syre I understood.
So, PCI 2.0 cards are compatible with PCI 16 right?
