Doesn't sound too bad but isn't ZZF supposed to have free shipping?

I would still go with a MSI 8800GT OC from the Egg, it's only $214 plus shupping but you get that whooping rebate so it ends up being about $20 more than the XFX one... not too shabby for a higher OC and a MUCH better cooler. Also if you are one of them rebate lovers you could get the Gigabyte 8800GT Turboforce for the same price ($20 more than XFX one) and get an even higher overclock, a great custom cooler, a voltage regulator chip (great for OCing) and Ultra Durable 2 components, not to mention NWN2.

So yeah, I would say this is more warm than hot but still thanks for sharing.

Yes, I know about the MSI card. I've maintained the thread here at AT as well as SlickDeals for over a month! 😉 (Newegg and Chiefvalue deals on that card). I bought one myself! 😉

That ended well over a year ago. They still offer it on select items, but the days of every one of their items' prices including free shipping are long gone.

'Prolly has something to do with the cost of fuel ... 😉

Maybe I'll buy this when I return my MSI.

NWN2??

I bought this card, RAM and a Corsair 550 power supply to put in that Dell deal that was going a couple of weeks back.

I got frees hipping on RAM and PS, so that made the purchase a few bucks less than Newegg. The card must be one of the 8800GT with the low speed fan, because after installing everything, the computer isnt any louder than when it came from Dell.

I will have to keep an eye on the temps of the card. So far I really like it.
