XFX 8800GT and the case of the variable speed fan

Did anyone else get one of these from XFX, with a fan that's stuck at 100% About how long did it take you to get your new fan/HSF in the mail from them?

I had 2 of them and received the replacement fan within 3 days of opening the case. Just make sure the unit you purchased was the YDF or similar that advertised dynamic speed control.
