I thought some of you might find this useful. This information is directly from XFX official support. I thought it would be helpful to those wanting to get cards with variable speed fans from XFX.

Original design and have adjustable fan.

Different Fan but still adjustable

PVT88PYHF
PVT88PYHQ
These versions do not have adjustable fans, but cost less the the previous mentioned video cards."
The ones without adjustable fans may run @ 100% speed.
