xfx 8800 gt 512 include dvd decoder?

I purchased a xfx 8800 gt 512 and need to know if it comes with a dvd decoder. Seems like my old 6600 gt came with software but I do not have it any more.
 
Just find PowerDVD or WinDVD or any number of freebie software decoders, with today's cpus there is no need for hardware decoding on the gpu.

For a DVD that is true, but for other content it is not. You never know what CPU he is running anyways
