Thinking about purchasing this card from ZZF (Link). It is $199 and has a $30 MIR. It comes factory clocked at 590 MHz (core) and 1500 MHz (memory). Also includes Ghost Recon Advanced Warfighter. Anyone have any experience with XFX or this card in particular? They cover this card with a lifetime warranty. I do not like MIRs, but this seems lake a pretty good deal considering the card is factory overclocked, it has a lifetime warranty, and it comes with the latest Ghost Recon game.

I have one and it is a great card.

Runs a bit warm for me (50-54C idle / 58-65C full load) but I am in the SE United States where it's getting pretty warm now. Also the stock cooler can be a bit loud at full load but not bad enough to worry about.

Has played everything I've thrown at it with no hitches.

I'm also looking to buy a 7600GT soon - I just want prices to drop a little more before buying.

You might want to look at this model from Leadtek, especially if factory overclocks are for you:

Leadtek WinFast PX7600 GT TDH Extreme 256MB

Core runs at 590mhz, but memory runs at 1.6ghz. I have been very happy with my Leadtek 6600GT and still serves me well enough. But I can't seem to find this new card online anywhere for sale. I'd imagine price would be pretty much the same, but no rebate at this time. It comes with 2 full games (Serious Sam 2 most notable), but comes with Power DVD 6, the latest version.

Beware of XFX rebates - I've read for people have waited FOREVER to get them back!
