XFX 6800xt 256/256 gddr3 AGP

I just picked up the XFX 6800xt 256mb/256bit GDDR3 AGP card. It clocks in at 350/1000 with 8/4 pipelines stock.

Now, i wanted to unlock some pipelines...I loaded up Rivatuner...went in nvstrap, followed the guide, and it allows me to check 1 more box for pixel and 1 more box for vertex...giving me 12/5...but the thing is, i go to OK it, or apply it, and reboot...when i go back in to rivatuner, they don't show as enabled? Both those pipelines are still disabled.

I have tried it with the latest Forceware drivers and the latest official drivers. No luck. Is there any other steps i should follow to get results, or any other programs that i should use that could help me mod?

P.S. - This is an AGP card, and not a PCI-E, so unlocking should work, no?

it always works if the checkbox shows up. after unlocking it (checking the box), run some games to make sure it works alright. (no artifacts) then look for a box that says something like "apply settings at boot" or something like that.

rivatuner has this safe function thing that restore everything to default at reboot. make sure every thing works fine before you check that box coz once you check it, there's no way to get it back unless you reset the settings in no graphics acceleration mode.

They both are check marked...but they both say disabled in the "state" field

make sure apply settings at startup is checked, and that rivatuner is happy with your drivers.

it probaly won't unlock, also it really depends on the core...IIRC is should say "masked" and not "disable" in the State field, if there's a chance of unlocking the extra pipes
