XFX 6600GT or Sapphire X800GTO ?

My build will be as follows:

MB: Epox 9npa+ultra
CPU: AMD 3000+ BW
RAM: 1G x2 Kingston
DVD: LG 4163B
Power: Antec SPII 500W

But I am still not sure about the video card right now. I am considering either the XFX 6600GT ot Sapphire X800GTO.

for 6600GT, it's cheap, 1.6ns ram and support sm3.0 but only 128-bit mem
for gto, it's 256-bit mem speed, 256mb ram, faster than 6600GT but supports only sm2.0

What is your recommendation or comments about two cards ?

I wouldn't recommend a GTO, I say either go with a 6600GT or an X800GTO squared. There's no reason to pick up a GTO when you can get the 16 pipe squared version for $20 more. So what it comes down to is a little money for the 6600GT (especially if you buy it 2nd hand), or more for the X800GTO squared.

x800gto^2 (squared) then unlock to x850xtpe.. thats easy performance IN THE BAG right there. itll last longer too
