XFX 650i ultra: experience?

Hi All,
I am planning a rig with this MB mainly to highly overclock a E2140 or E2160. While I can always stick a fan on top of the Northbridge, I see that the Southbridge does not even have a heatsink applied on it.

1. Can anyone actually using this tell me their experience with it?
2. I have Arctic Silver thermal epoxy and an old Pentium 1 heatsink lying around, and one option what be to 'glue' this permanently on the Southbridge. How effective this will be, I dont know. Anyone have any ideas about it?

I have an eVGA 680i. I removed the stock cooling device & I'm using an EVERCOOL EC-VC-RE cooler on the Southbridge. I would have used a Thermalright HR-05 SLI/IFX cooler, except my eVGA 8800 GTS graphics card was too long to allow it.

I had a sample of that board. It runs HOT. You'll need to provide active cooling at NB, SB, and MOSFET. Unless you can get the XFX for less than $50, $61 AR IP35-E is a much better overclocking board with full support of 45nm Peryn.
