XFX 5870 Video Corruption issue.

I keep having issues with watching any type of video weather it be DVD, Blu-Ray, Hulu, Netflix doesn't matter. I never had this problem till I started using my ATI card. I can play games for hours and not have a single issue. But if I watch any video's eventually this happens. I added a pic to show whats going on.

I'd check to make sure it's not bad codecs. Do the standard uninstall all your codecs, checking to make sure they are in fact fully uninstalled and then reinstall them.

Also possibly a faulty card but I'd double check the codecs first.
