Xfx 290x deal? Good deal?

Stumbled upon a xfx double dissipation 290x for 358 shipped. It seemed like a good deal. What do talk think. I was Leary because I just rmaed and get a refund on a 280x because of problems with the card and I'm hoping this card doesn't do the same.

Its a pretty good deal, although you can probably find a 290 for much less while not sacrificing too much performance.

Or, for $30 more, you can get a 780 Ti. Coupled with a $20 gift card, its a good deal.

Edit - I'm confused... The 290X is $327AR.

It's a great card and a great price imo, very competitive. ($329 with a code)

Alternatively I would probably go for the MSI gaming 290 for $250, it's a lot better bang for the buck.

I don't think it's a good deal.

Great deals are MSI Gaming R9 290 for $251 that wand3r3r talked about. After that I would simply skip the 290X and spend just a bit more for the overclocking monster that is the GTX780Ti. If you don't overclock, I would get a $330 970 if you can find one in stock. 290X shouldn't have more than a $30-40 premium over the 290.
