xfi which one

Looking to buy an xfi soon and trying to figure out which model (for use with my z680's for the most part), on occasion may connect to an onkyo ht-s780 system. Trying to deside between music/pro/fatality the platinum is out of my budget. I am guessing the pro is the correct model, but the 64megs of ram on the fataility could be interesting (depedning on the level of programability I might be able to use the xfi for some scientific calculations in a similar way to what is currently being done with graphics cards, though I havent realy looked into that yet so I could be wrong). Any suggestions would be appreciated (and I have a 25% off amazon coupon so that brings the prices a little closer together.
