A Xerox WorkCentre XD120f recently came into my possesion. It powers up but will not pass it's self test (the LCD reads error code "E7"). I can see the green bulb light up but the head will not move across the window (I'm presuming it should do this). Xerox's website recommends performing a system reset for error code "E7" which shows the head move across the window, but with the light off. After this, Xerox recommends calling for onsite service. I'm unfamiliar with laser printers/copiers so any suggestions would be very helpful. Thanks.
