So I called Xerox and we walked through updating the firmware and we got off the phone before it was fully booted. Now, it boots - says initializing (before all the menus and everything) and then restarts.
I've unplugged it for a couple minutes w/o the cabling...and it does no good.
Any ideas on how I can revert back to the old firmware?
