Yes, i might just got lucky with osr, and Yes it can be a better deal if u combined the printer with something else, but i needed the backup ups due to the rolling black-out thats currently in california~!! 2 black outs in a week....luckly my comp was off~~~

I'm not sure about the 940 perse. But I do know you can get a lot better deals on Multi-functions. I think there was a deal @ Staples for a Canon? But $153 does seem kinda high to be a hot deal.
