My momma once told me nothin' is free. I wonder what the prices on their supplies are going to be. They have to make money somewhere. (You would hope that they learned that from ValueAmerica and the other sites that gave something for next to nothing or nothing. ;)
Just my 2 cents.

The prices on supplies aren't bad, but you have to be a business with several employees, and print 3000+ pages per month, both of which they verify.

i'm coming to the end of my 3 year contract w/them this dec. i print 1900 pages a month. no color. you do have to buy color ink and maintenance kits [100 bucks a pop] from them. black ink is free for life. onsite tech support included in the 3 year contract. i've had my phaser 840 worked on twice. the only complaint i have is that the thing is noisy when printing. the printing, however, is fantastic! i use 24# inkjet paper in it and the blacks and colors stand out great. sometimes it takes a while to print a full page pic, but it's well worth the wait. the prints are photo quality.

will i renew at the end of 3 years? yes as long as i don't have to print more than i already am.

it's a good program. i definantly came out on top for this deal.

My contract ends in less than a year. this has been a fantastic deal. I have to print 1600 pages a month, no minimums on color. However, I think they have changed the policy, and require you to print a minimum on the color now. It is a great printer. I actually have ended up buying a lot of color since a friend saw the quality of the printing and now uses it to print his monthly newsletters. If the terms are still the same from when i got it, do it if you can.

I am in on it myself now for past 3 months or so. You actually set the min. Mine is set to 3200 pgs month. We do about 4k. Nice priner. I have the Phaser 860 and my Co. loves it. Supplies are not that badly priced. Ink is maybe $10 more per. for color ink then online vendor.
Quality is great. This is a hot dal no matter how u slice it.
Oh, when my deal is up in 3 years, we own it outright and no longer have to buy supplies from them.
