xerox ddr memory?

i picked up a stick of 512 ddr cas 2 wich had built on heatsinks, so i couldnt see what chips were on it, aida32 says its made by xerox....anybody used this before? the outside of the stick says "Super Talent" seems to be ok, but never heard of them, says lifetime warranty, but who knows how they handle warranty issues.....
