Hi,
I'm a french newbee, and i just bought a xeon x5650 for changing my old i7920@3.64. The bios rev. is F12o.
The pc boot well but in CPUID, ther is only two cores and 4 threads. What can i do for having full cores activate?
Is there some settings in bios that i' haven't set?
Thanks for your help.

Click Start button, type msconfig & run, go to boot tab, advanced options, Number of CPUs, clear it & reboot. Try it..

Edit: Notty22 beat me to it..

Thank you my friend!!!!
Now i've a full 6 cores inside.
I confirm that xeon x56.. can perfectly run on ga-x58-ds4 Gigabyte mobo.
Just go to overclock it at 4 ghz.
