Xeon X3210

The Intel Quad-Core Q6400 (X3210) is LGA775. Would this server processor work and be recognized by an eVGA 680i? And do the Xeons have OC potential? I know you can pin mod this processor to having a 1333 MHz default FSB. Just wondering mainly.
