Xeon (Sandy) Overclocking

Anyone try this?
Specifically 1155 Xeon Sandy Bridge using non server boards like Asus, Gigabyte, etc.

The chip I have is this one:

It's out of a returned system and if I can use it on a desktop board instead of a 2500 I'd rather do that.

Sandy Bridge Xeons will not overclock, period.

Isn't it like the other SB's which you can force the turbo multiplier? Maybe bump fsb also a little to get maybe close to 4 ghz overclock out of it.

I reach 3.9 regularly on my 1275, but have never seen 4.0... I also have 32GB (Spec & Solid) RAM, which I'm unlikely to see on an i7. I could probably up the turbos on this to where it did 3.7 at all times... but why?
