Xeon Quad core Temps x3210 - Need some info

This is using a Tuniq Tower 120 with 4 other case fans in an P180B. I get these same temps even if I overclock to 3.2ghz.

Should I reset the HSF?

Idle temps mean absolutely nothing with these processors. What are your load temps?
