Xeon Processor Piece came off. Still work?

I noticed that on a xeon processor i have one of the transistors on the top has come off, very tiny. Do you think it still might work? Will I damage anything by using it? Thanks.

It probably isn't going to work, at least not reliably. It probably won't hurt anything to try though, you may just hear your Xeon sizzle.
