Xeon processor, burning question?

Ok guys, what is difference in P3 and P3 Xeon?
I have a P3 Xeon slot 1 running @449, how easy is it to overclock?

im not up to date with the new xeons, but the pII version had more cache, made for a server.
it also used slot2 instead of slot1
im not sure if this stays the same with PIII's though.
