Question Xeon E7-4890 V2 to prelace 6800K?

Should I consider Xeon E7-4890 V2 to prelace 6800K? I know that single core is lower cock (3.4 vs 2.8) but it has 15 phy cores/30 threads

Those are about 120-150 a pop now.

You won't be able to find any ATX motherboard for the Xeon E7-4890 V2 (socket LGA 2011-1), those CPUs are often sold for very low prices because of that.
I can recommend getting an E5-2667 v2 (8 cores) for gaming, or a E5-2690 v2 or E5-2696 v2 if you do other things that can take advantage of that many cores. But those also won't fit in your motherboard, different socket (LGA 2011).

What can work in your motherboard are Xeon E5-16xx v3 and E5-26xx v3 CPUs, socket LGA 2011-v3.
Broadwell CPUs (v4) are rarely faster and only a little bit more efficient, but they should work too.

Xeons E7 uses LGA 2011-2 which is different to LGA 2011-1 (Sandy Bridge-E/Ivy Bridge-E) and LGA 2011-3 (Haswell-E/Broadwell-E). They were intended for very wide systems and you will not find anything single socket for them. The problem of that platform is usually lacking cost effective Motherboards, otherwise I'm sure that there would be more people that would build parallel Workstations based on them.
