I'm looking at dedicated servers here: https://www.iwfhosting.net/dedicated

The latter has more cores and more RAM but is the same price, is the former's CPU that much "better"?

The dedicated server will run Microsoft Access DBs primarily that are up to 1.5gb large, sometimes up to 4 at a time. Any recs for which one would suit my needs more?

my totally WAG goes like:

access isn't multi-threaded and only running 4 dbs at a time means 4 cores is sufficient

for ram 4*1.5 = 6GB so 16GB ram should be plenty even accounting for 'overages'

so go for the fastest 4 cores you can

obviously get the SSD

(again, to emphasize, I really have no idea what i'm talking about)
