Xeon e3-1240V2 memory voltage question

Hy guys, is it safe to keep DDR3 sticks at 1.65 on this proc ?

I have 2 sticks of Kingston 1600 Mhz rated at 1.65, but i can't find any info if the cpu controller is in danger at that voltage.

Or should i keep them at 1333mhz @ 1.5v ?

No, since its out of spec its against warranty and can damage the memory controller.

While it may run fine and never get any issues, its without guarantee.

The datasheet list 1.575V as the max if I recall right.
