Xeon cases - HELP!

Ok folks, I've got an Intel C440GX mobo fully loaded and no case. I'm debating between two cases:
Antec 1040B (400W)
Supermicro 760A (400W)

I really like both, but Intel's site says it only supports the 760A.. anyone know if this mobo works with the Antec case?

I've checked out Antec's site and they claim that it "Fits standard ATX / Xeon".
??? Does this apply to the Intel C440GX?

The sx1030 supports atx boards up to 12" tall x 13" wide, so whip it out, your tape measure, that is, and find out.
