xeon build recommendation

Hi
I am currently gathering parts for a Xeon (woodcrest) workstation.
I just need a bit of help with the the case for a Tyan i5000XT mb.
I've currently penciled in the stacker 810 or the Mirage 62 does anybody know if they will work ok?
I'm just a bit concered with the Heatsink mounting as I've read posts here and in other forums where people have had to drill extra holes to accommadate. I rather avoid this if it can be helped.
