xeon 5470/120watt cpu core temperatures-which is real?

antec cpu fan (x5470 cpu -not overclocked-not gona do too) -- 1795 rpm/ cputin- 37c cores - with 100tjmax- 48 49 46 45 /with 85c tj max- 35 34 31 30

hwmonitor and some others show the temps similar to 100tjmax but speedfan exotic option and real temperature with 85c tjmax settings shows core in 30'c''s temp
on load with some games they go till 50-60's ,anyway which one would be real here?
