Xeon 3210 on a P965-DS3?

Would a Xeon 3210 work on a P965-DS3 or is that CPU not supported? I think I have either revision 1.0 or 1.3 of the board.

Also would it be worth it to switch from my current comp? I don't do any distributed computing but do some video encoding.

I'd like to hit about 3GHz...is that feasible with my current cooling?

Also, do the X3210s also have the newer G0 stepping?

I have been told that it should work, but I'm not completely sure.

They do; the package markings are similar to the 'SLACR' on the Q6600's.
