Question Xeon 2630v2 + 1050ti with Pico PSU

Please tell me. Is will be enough a 180w laptop power supply and a 200w pico psu for xeon 2630v2 + palit 1050ti?

Laptop PSU - Asus ADP 180MB F 19.5v 9.23A 180w
Pico PSU - 19v 200w (input 16-24v)

At best the laptop psu is about 80% efficient at higher loads.
At best you will be running that thing near max.

80W TDP for the CPU.
75W TDP for the VideoCard.
~ 155W TDP approx for just your cpu and Video...
Add an additional ~50W TDP on your board and ram.

You shot your load value, and its usually recommended you don't exceed 2/3rds of it.
