Xenadrine or Stacker?

I'm still taking Xenadrine and i need to order a new bottle...which product is better for loosing wieght? I have a nice consitent diet, i run on my tread mill and just bought a punching bag

I've used Xenadrine in the past, and I just started taking Stacker 2. I like the fact the dosage is only 1 pill instead of 2. Effects feel very similar.

I would recommend not taking anything at all. That stuff causes some weird side effects. You are actually ruining your body's natural ability to handle it's body fat. When you try to stop, you are going to gain a ton of weight. You become dependant on them. Try to phase them out, take one every other day or so, then every 3 days until you can stop all together. Just my 2 cents...

It's probably half the dosage though.

# of pills is no indication of dosage since 3/4 of most pills are filler.

I think it is nearly same amount of ECA stack

edit: I can't find a link, but I read that is has something to do with how they measure the herbal ingredients to standardize the actual ECA incredients.

anyway, I can feel the effects of one stacker during a workout as much as two xenadrines

not completely true... you just need to cycle... i was on hydroxycut for a quarter, lost around 25-30 pounds (i was really chubby, became REALLY active) and since, i've lost more weight w/out it... (it's been like 8-9 months)

Nobody mentioned Metabolife.......Is there any reason I should stop taking Metabolife and get on Xenadrine or Stacker? I've only been taking Metabolife for about 2 weeks....The Metabolife seems to be working fine for me, but thought it couldn't hurt to ask...

considering Ephedra has many problems.... i would say he is correct, not a troll.

Yeah, it's not the same thing.. Ephedra can be wicked. Taking Xenadrine/Hydroxycut/etc.. etc.. etc.. is basically like taking speed. Not overly good for your body.. I was thinking about going on Xenadrine to cut out my six pack.. but then I decided I'd rather not take high blood pressure and heart rate for a more solid stomach.

i know 2 people that have dies cause of this crap. young people in their 20's and in good health. taking it to loose weight and bulk up. the both had heart attacks and died.

its bad for you. IIRC its not FDA dosent liek it either. O and another thing 2 years ago my roomate called teh Stacker company to see how much efedra is in teh stackers and they said that they werent allowed to release that kind of information. kinda makes you think

My vote goes to Hydroxycut. I know ephedrine products are dangerous, but if taken with responsibility and moderation they can help you. Some people abuse these drugs and end up dying. Ephedrine is just like anything else.... in excess it will kill you. Think responsibly.

I tried stacker 2 and it gets me hyper as sh1t~ tried Xenadrine~ and Xenadrine doesn't really have mcuh effect on me~


I'd say just keep a regular excercise~ cardio and light lifting

Out of the millions of people who use ephedra products every year, only a very small percentage (I'd be willing to bet less than 1%) have any adverse effects to it. It's because a couple people die that it's blown out of proportion. I bet more old farts have died from viagra, with less users than ephedra users. (Just a hypothesis)

Hey dude both work great, i own a GNC and have used both products, and both now come with ephedra free. so u have your choice. the xendrine is mor widely used though. But check out your local GNC, they can help u out there too.
