Im not sure the exact model of the programer but I have a old bios programer that I used to program the xecuter modchips for the older xbox systems a long time and was woundering can it be used for anything else? Say for instance moding the surfboard modem, or in a instance of flashing anything that has the same eight or ten pin connection. To give you an idea of what it looks like I included a picture.
But the programer also has a cube like connection to connect a female or a male end of the same eight and ten pins used for xbox modding, surfboard modems and such.
If anyone has any information please let me know.

You ended up in the wrong part of the forum for this question, I'm sure a mod will be along shortly and move it to the correct area and you'll get an answer.

Seriously people, can't anyone help this guy?! What are you all waiting for?!
It's been almost 30 minutes and not one person has stepped in to answer him?
What a worthless "online community" ATOT turned out to be!
You should all be ashamed of yourselves...

Well it looks like it got moved to general hardware. I'm sure if you give it some time somebody will stumble across it and have something to say about it.

Good luck and welcome to the forums.

In theory any flash rom that was included in the Xecuter 2.4+ chips/whatever the software supports is programmable. Obviously it won't have an easy hook up. You'd need to figure out what the wires that originally were used for connecting to the modchip were used for, cut them out of the nice plug and solder them onto whatever you are attempting to flash. It would take some research, time, and maybe some programming, but it could be used to flash other roms similar to those on the modchips.
