xD card scrambled?

Just got Olympus D-560 and went to europe. Home and card will not show pictures. Can get all 196 filenames and sizes. 3 of the pictures show up in Photoshop the rest are not recognized. Before flying back I viewed the pictures on the camera all was fine. Card was never removed while camera was on or reader was on. Looking in camera now get three pictures showing fine rest show picture error. Is there any help for my "great" pictures???? Heartbroken!!!!
