I purchased the 120hz edition catleap that doesnt have a built in scaler, so the only thing i can hook up to it up until now is the computer. From what i understood going in you CANNOT use this with an xbox 360.

I was browsing slickdeals today and I saw this http://www.amazon.com/dp/B008ZT8QKO/...EZ8VNKGFHW91SP

It is a video game recorder, but it claims that it has "no delay" when recording/playing. Would it be possible to hook this up to my computer and then hook the 360 up to that? It would be really awesome if i could. I miss playing some games in my room, and havent been able to since getting the catleap.

Lol i dont think an xbox will push that resolution very well...

the xbox is pushing the same res it normally does. It says its a pass through, so no weird resolutions involved. Im guessing you will either have a 1920x1080 box on your screen, or have the ability to resize the window, or stretch it to fullscreen.

If this works like the way im assuming it does, its going to be pretty sweet to be able to play 360 in windowed mode, and have something else up on the screen at the same time.

ok so i got this in today, and so for it looks like its not going to work.

When i open up preview in the bundled software, I can see my xbox 360 screen, but there is about a 2 second delay.

So what im thinking is the no delay passthrough is strictly when you are going from hdmi to another external hdmi monitor.

what i really need is just something that will let the hdmi passthrough, but end up on my computer screen on a box that is either 1280x720 or 1920x1080. Theres gotta be something out there like this right?
