how fast will the processor be, and what video chipset will it use?

There's rumoured to be two different version of the Xbox at release with a third version later. One of the first two versions will include a hard disk. The other will not and will be considered the 'lite' version and come in at a cheaper price point. The third version will be a 'high-end' version and will contain PC functionality and the ability to play Xbox games and PC games.

Most likely not. Probably just documents of working ideas that they patented because they aren't dumb.
